About Erin
My name is Erin Field Fudge and I’m so grateful you are here. I have had a successful and sustainable NWM business over the past 6 years and my passion to teach, create and help others has only grown stronger; hence, Modern Purpose Co was born
I am a 40+ year old mother of two boys and I’ve been happily married for over a decade. I devoted my life to a career in Education where I was blessed to teach in the digital and visual arts space for 17 years; I’ve always had a passion to create and help others do the same.
In 2017, I took the leap into Network Marketing (with zero experience) when I was pregnant with my second son. I had minimal hopes of making an extra $200 a month to help provide for my family when I was on maternity leave. Fast forward to 2023 and I have now fully retired from my teaching profession to focus on helping others find success in their NWM businesses. I have learned a lot about the ins and outs of NWM and I know it is possible for you to find success with the right approach
I believe that in order to build a sustainable business, every NWM professional needs to avoid the use of spammy, inauthentic and insincere content. Your business is built upon educating, inspiring and engaging with your prospects to help them see the value of what this business model has to offer for them and not through forceful tactics. I’ve found success in this authentic approach and now it’s time I help you do the same

Hi! I’m Suzanne! A 40 year old momma with two kiddos, wife to a humble man, an avid member of the 5am workout club, and have been an event planner for 16 years.
As an event planner, strategy and organization are key! I love sharing new ideas, and watching them come to life. I have been able to apply these approaches to my network marketing business and beyond. I love helping other develop a simple and efficient strategy that is easy to implement which leads to consistency. And we all know consistency is key in this business!
I started my network marketing career 6 years ago, but was lacking the passion, drive, and my WHY to grow. I was intimated by the thought of leading others and thought I needed to he an expert on everything. I dug deep into personal development and ignited a passion for personal growth, helping others, and leadership. As a mom and full time employee, it is easy to lose yourself in the day to day busyness of conflicting priorities. I really stared to see my value and worth in all facets of my life and I started to attract and build a community based on value, worth, trust, friendship, and respect. I recelty left my event planning career to further purse my passion in network marketing and help others succeed!
I have always struggled with content creation and have been fortunate to be supported by my business partner and her creative brain! This got us thinking to how we can support others who struggle with content and being creative!
I look forward to helping support you as you grow your personal business, but more importantly, your self worth and self belief!

In 2017 we started our social selling journey together when we were both pregnant with our second children. Together, we formed a solid relationship that has been built on trust, respect and a drive to help others find success. Collectively our businesses have grown to be successful and thriving.
In 2023, we both walked away from our full time careers to focus on leveraging our social selling knowledge to help others. We have learned a lot about the industry over the past 6 years and realized that educating others on what this opportunity has to offer is the key to building a sustainable business.
We recognize the evolution of social selling has moved beyond the “hey girl hey” or “join my team” mentality. Our vision is to help others see that through education, people are more receptive to the NWM industry.
Our drive to help others both within our company and outside of it created Modern Purpose Co.
